CW. Clark, P.E., Director of Compliance & Enforcement- Texas Board of Professional Engineers
Mr. Clark will discuss recent/future changes to the board, guidelines,
policies, and recent legislative changes.
He will also discuss the responsibilities of Professional Engineers
from an ethical viewpoint and directly relate to social Codes of Conduct and the
most recent rule change related to electronic seals and signatures.
This Presentation will meet the one-hour ethics requirement of the continuing
education program. Mr. Clark will also
be available to answer questions following his presentation.
