Mr. Clark will discuss recent/future changes to the Board, guidelines, policies, and recent legislative changes to the statue and resulting rule modifications.  He will also discuss the responsibilities of Professional Engineers from an ethical viewpoint and directly relate to societal Codes of Conduct such as “Faithful Agent”.  Mr. Clark will also discuss the most recent rule change related to firm registration number requirement with all engineering documents.
  This Presentation will meet the one-hour ethics requirement of the continuing education program.  Mr. Clark will also be available to answer questions following his presentation.  (An ethics presentation is required by all Texas PE’s … meet your requirements this April!)
